Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (NSEI : ADANIPORTS) hat am 17. März 2026 der Übernahme von Jaypee Fertilizers & Industries Ltd. von Jaiprakash Associates Limited (BSE:532532) für 15,0 Mrd. INR zugestimmt. Am 20. Mai 2026 unterzeichnete Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (NSEI : ADANIPORTS) einen Aktienkaufvertrag zum Erwerb von Jaypee Fertilizers & Industries Ltd. von Jaiprakash Associates Limited (BSE:532532). Eine Barabfindung in Höhe von 15 Mrd. INR wird von Adani Enterprises Limited geleistet. Als Teil der Gegenleistung werden 15 Mrd. INR für das Stammkapital von Jaypee Fertilizers & Industries Ltd. gezahlt.

Der Abschluss der Transaktion wird innerhalb von 90 Tagen ab dem 17. März 2026 erwartet. Die Transaktion wurde am 17. März 2026 vom National Company Law Tribunal und am 26. August 2025 von der Competition Commission of India genehmigt.
