Presently, Abigail Diaz holds the position of Secretary & Chief Legal Officer of Tyler Technologies, Inc. Ms. Diaz is also on the board of Mitchell Institute.

Ms. Diaz received a graduate degree from Cornell Law School and an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University.
