Presently, he is Managing Partner at Sierra Ventures, Inc. and Managing Member at Sierra Ventures Associates VIII LLC (a subsidiary of Sierra Ventures, Inc.). Mr. Guleri is also Managing Member at Sierra Ventures Associates VIII LLC and on the board of 14 other companies.

In his past career he held the position of Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Octane Software, Inc., Vice Chairman & Executive Vice President at Epiphany, Inc., Principal at LSI Logic Corp. and VP-Field Operations & Product Marketing at Scopus Technology, Inc.

Aditya Tim Guleri received a graduate degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University and an undergraduate degree from PEC University of Technology.
