Currently, Alastair William Stewart Barbour occupies the position of Independent Non-Executive Chairman for Liontrust Asset Management Plc and Chairman at Phoenix Group Holdings Plc.

He is also on the board of RSA Insurance Group Ltd., The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Ltd. and Scottish Equitable Policyholders Trust.

Mr. Barbour previously occupied the position of Partner at KPMG Bermuda and Head-Financial Services at KPMG UK Ltd.

Mr. Barbour received an undergraduate degree from The University of Edinburgh.
