He is also on the board of Baxter Credit Union, Cary-Grove Fine Arts Foundation and Cerence, Inc.

In his past career he was Chief Financial Officer for CDK Global, Inc. and Chief Financial & Administrative Officer at ADP Dealer Services, Inc. (a subsidiary of CDK Global, Inc.) and Vice President for Automatic Data Processing, Inc.

Alfred A. Nietzel received an undergraduate degree from Eastern Illinois University.
