In his past career Mr. Finch held the position of Managing Associate at Linklaters LLP, Partner-Mergers & Acquisitions at Allen Partners Pty Ltd., Senior Associate at Allens Arthur Robinson and Solicitor at Allen Allen & Hemsley.

He received an undergraduate degree and a graduate degree from School of Mining Engineering UNSW, an MBA from Australian Graduate School of Management and a graduate degree from The University of Sydney.
