Presently, Anna Kalathakis holds the position of General Counsel for Maritime Enterprises Management SA and Director & Senior VP-Legal Risk Management at Navios Maritime Acquisition Corp.

She is also Chief Legal Risk Officer at Navios Maritime Holdings, Inc., Member of Louisiana State Bar Association and Member of Piraeus Bar Association.

In the past she occupied the position of General Manager of A. Bilbrough & Co. Ltd., Associate Director at The London P&I Club Ltd. and General Counsel of Franser Shipping SA.

Ms. Kalathakis received an MBA from Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussel, a graduate degree from Tulane University Law School and an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University.
