Ms. Arabella E. Cecil is a Head of Funds Investments at Syncona Investment Management Ltd. and a Senior Independent Non-Executive Director at Odyssean Investment Trust PLC.

She is on the Board of Directors at Odyssean Investment Trust PLC and The BACIT Foundation.

Ms. Cecil started working in financial services in 1987, for Finbancaria (corporate finance, Milan), and later Banque Hottinguer (Paris), and Credit Lyonnais Laing (London) where she was head of food manufacturing research. Between 1998 and 2008 she owned and ran Gravity Pictures, which specialised in filmmaking in the IMAX format. Most recently, Ms. Cecil was an investment manager and a member of the investment and risk committees of Culross Global Management.

She was also previously employed as a Non-Executive Director by Syncona Ltd.
