In her past career she held the position of Director-Strategy & Social Innovation at Schneider Electric SE, Chief People Officer of Arkadin SAS and Director-Human Resources for Renault SA.

Ms. De Madre received an undergraduate degree from The Trustees of Columbia University in The City of New York and an undergraduate degree from École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Paris.
