He is also on the board of Michigan Seat Co., Osborn-Unipol (UK) Ltd. and Milsco Manufacturing Ltd. and Member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

In the past Mr. Paris held the position of Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President at Jason Industries, Inc. and Senior Manager-Audit at Deloitte & Touche LLP (Colorado).

He received a graduate degree from Lamar University and an undergraduate degree and a graduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
