She is also on the board of Financial Executives International, T. Howard Foundation and LAMF Global Ventures Corp. I and President at The Alexandra Tilly Rettler Children's Foundation.

She previously was Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President for Paramount Global Chief Financial Officer of CBS Corp. and Chief Financial Officer & EVP-Strategy at Showtime Networks, Inc. (both are subsidiaries of Paramount Global) and Audit Manager-Entertainment & Media at PricewaterhouseCoopers International Ltd.

Ms. Spade received an undergraduate degree from St. Joseph's University.
