Currently, Chung Yi Wu holds the position of Chairman of Fine Blanking & Tool Co., Ltd., Chairman for GSK Corp. and Chairman at Chuan Tao Investment Ltd. Mr. Wu is also on the board of Giant Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Chuan Hsing Investment & Development Co. Ltd., GSK InTek Co., Ltd. and Taiwan Transportation Vehicle Manufacturers Association.

In his past career Mr. Wu was Chief Executive Officer of Suzhou Changxing Precision Stamping Co., Ltd.

Mr. Wu received an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley and a graduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
