Colleen F. Arnold is on the board of The Martin J. Whitman School of Management, WRKCo, Inc. and WestRock Co. In her past career Ms. Arnold held the position of Senior Vice President-Sales & Distribution at International Business Machines Corp. Chief Executive Officer at IBM Global Services Australia Ltd and General Manager of IBM New Zealand Ltd. (both are subsidiaries of International Business Machines Corp.) and General Manager at SOA Solutions.

She received an MBA from Syracuse University and an undergraduate degree from Nazareth College of Rochester (New York).
