Dame Ann Dowling is on the board of BP Plc, Smiths Group Plc, UK Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy and The Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering Foundation and Associate of National Academy of Engineering, Associate of French Academy of Sciences, Associate of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Member of Council for Science & Technology and Professor & Deputy Vice-Chancellor at the University of Cambridge.

In her past career Ms. Dowling was President & Chairman at Royal Academy of Engineering.
