Presently, Daniel L. Lafrance is Chairman of Innergex Renewable Energy, Inc. Mr. Lafrance is also on the board of Rogers Sugar, Inc., Innergex LP, Canadian Sugar Institute and Lantic, Inc. (Québec) and Member of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and Member of Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec.

He previously held the position of CFO, Secretary & Head-Investor Relations at Rogers Sugar Ltd. and Principal at Loeb Canada, Inc.

Mr. Lafrance received an undergraduate degree from the University of Ottawa.
