Presently, David Porter is Chairman for Dawn Holdings, Inc. Mr. Porter is also on the board of Electrolux AB and Electrolux Belgium and Vice President-Microsoft Store at Microsoft Corp.

Mr. Porter previously occupied the position of VP & General Merchandise Manager-Entertainment at Walmart, Inc. and Head-Worldwide Product Distribution at DWA Holdings LLC.

He received an undergraduate degree from East Central University.
