David Andrew Regan holds the position of Non-Executive Chairman at Watts Wind Energy, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer for Sona Nanotech, Inc. Mr. Regan is also on the board of Katalyst Wind, Inc. and Olive Resource Capital, Inc. and Chairman-Atlantic Canada Chapter at Ernest C. Manning Innovation Awards Foundation.

In the past Mr. Regan held the position of Executive Vice President-Corporate Development at WildBrain Ltd. and Principal at Export Development Canada.

He received an undergraduate degree from St. Francis Xavier University and an MBA from INSEAD.
