Davide Verda holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Amerint Grundstücks AG. Mr. Verda is also on the board of Aspivix SA, Smeetz SA, 72 Ventures SA and Kineste Capital Management SA and Head Investment Consulting Suisse Romande & Valais at Credit Suisse Group AG.

In his past career Mr. Verda held the position of President-BAS Suisse Romande at Business Angels Switzerland.

He received an MBA from Trium Global Emba and a graduate degree from the University of Fribourg.
