De-Lin Huang is Chairman at E-Star Commercial Management Co., Ltd.

He is also on the board of Shenzhen Chaoshan Junior Chamber of Commerce.

In the past Mr. Huang held the position of Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen Galaxy Commercial Property Group Co. Ltd. and General Manager at Shenzhen Galaxy Suhuo Park Industrial Co. Ltd.

He received an undergraduate degree from York University and a graduate degree from Peking University Hsbc Business School.
