Dong Cai is Chairman & General Manager of Sinotruk Jinan Power Co., Ltd., Chairman at Sinotruk Hong Kong Ltd. and General Manager & Director at China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co., Ltd.

He is also on the board of China Chamber of International Commerce and China Association of Automobile Manufacturers.

Mr. Cai received an undergraduate degree from Jiangsu Polytechnic University and an MBA from Nankai University.
