Presently, Ehsan Zargar holds the position of Secretary, Executive VP & General Counsel at Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc. and Co-Managing Director at 8 in 1 Pet Products GmbH, Co-Managing Director at Spectrum Brands Germany GmbH, Secretary of NZCH Corp. and Secretary, Executive VP & General Counsel for SB (which are all subsidiaries of Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc.).

He previously held the position of Associate of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and COO, Secretary, Executive VP & General Counsel at HRG Group, Inc.

Mr. Zargar received a graduate degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto.
