In his past career Mr. Chang held the position of Chief Financial & Accounting Officer for Aviat Networks, Inc., Vice President-Finance & Accounting at Summit Interconnect, Inc., Senior Director & Assistant Controller at Atmel Corp., Senior Manager-Audit at Ernst & Young LLP and Senior Director & Corporate Controller at Micrel, Inc.

He received an undergraduate degree from Kelley School of Business and an undergraduate degree from Indiana University.
