Presently, Erwin Locher occupies the position of Chairman at Thommen Medical AG and Advisor at BioMedPartners AG.

He is also on the board of Coltene Holding AG (former Chief Executive Officer & Non-Executive Director) and Mathys AG Bettlach and President at Medtech Switzerland.

He previously held the position of President for Allo Pro AG, Head-Logistics at Mibelle AG, Treasurer for Zellweger Luwa AG and Internal Auditor of Sandoz AG.

He received an MBA from the University of Toronto, an MBA from the University of St. Gallen and an undergraduate degree from the University of Basel.
