Presently, Fei Cao is Chief Financial Officer & Vice President-Finance for Weibo Corp. Ms. Cao is also Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (Beijing) and Member of The Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

She received an undergraduate degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
