Currently, Felix Jan Grawert is Co-President at AIXTRON SE. Dr. Grawert is also on the board of Aixtron Ltd., APEVA SE and Apeva Holdings Ltd.

He previously held the position of Head-Product Line High Voltage Conversion at Infineon Technologies Austria Pensionskasse AG.

He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Karlsruhe, a graduate degree from Georgia Institute of Technology and a doctorate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology AgeLab.
