Presently, Ferris Charles Bye holds the position of Director & General Manager at Lippo Realty (Shanghai) Ltd.

He is also on the board of First Real Estate Investment Trust and Bowsprit Capital Corp. Ltd. and Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

In the past he occupied the position of Member-General Committee at The Hong Kong Country Club.
