Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Triangle Pacific Corp. and Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Armstrong Floor Products (both are subsidiaries of Armstrong World Industries, Inc.).

Mr. Sherman received an MBA from Georgia State University and an undergraduate degree from SUNY College of Environmental Science.
