Gennady Nikolaevich Sukhov is on the board of Mosenergo OAO, Gazprom Neft PJSC and Territorial Generating Co. No 1 PJSC and Head-Department at Gazprom PJSC.

Mr. Sukhov previously held the position of Deputy Head-Gas Sales Directorate at Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Lipetsk and Deputy Head-Operations & Control Service at Yugtransgaz.

Mr. Sukhov received an undergraduate degree from Saratov State Technical University.
