Presently, Gilles Labbé holds the position of Chairman for Tekalia Aeronautik (2010), Inc. and Executive Chairman for Héroux-Devtek, Inc., Chairman at Compañía Española de Sistemas Aeronáuticos SA and Chairman for Héroux-Devtek Spain SL (both are subsidiaries of Héroux-Devtek, Inc.).

He is also on the board of CGI, Inc., Aerospace Industries Association of Canada, Alta Precision, Inc. and Aero Montreal.

Mr. Labbé received an undergraduate degree from the University of Montréal.
