In his past career Mr. Behar was Manager for Nestlé SA, President & Chief Executive Officer of Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Vice President-NECAR Region at Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH.

He received an MBA from INSEAD, an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and a graduate degree from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne.
