Dr. Wu is also on the board of Xifeng Liquor Co. Ltd., COFCO Meat Investment Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Mintai Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. and NIO, Inc. and Managing Director at Temasek Holdings Advisors Bejing Co. Ltd. and Managing Partner at Cenova Capital.

In his past career Hai Wu occupied the position of General Manager for Ramaxel Technology (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd., Managing Director at CITIC Private Equity Funds Management Co Ltd and Managing Partner at Mckinsey & Co. (China).

Dr. Wu received an undergraduate degree from Peking University, a doctorate from Rutgers State University of New Jersey and an MBA from Johnson Graduate School of Management.
