Han Boon Lim founded Envo BPO Services Sdn. Bhd. Currently, he is Treasurer for Persatuan Industri Komputer Dan Multimedia Malaysia.

He is also Member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants, Member of Acca Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and Member of Chartered Management Institute and on the board of 5 other companies.

In the past Mr. Lim occupied the position of Chief Executive Officer for Kannaltec Bhd., General Manager-Corporate Services at Northport (Malaysia) Bhd., Treasurer of Outsourcing Malaysia, General Manager-Corporate Services at Kontena Nasional Bhd. and Secretary & Group Financial Controller at NCB Holdings Bhd.

He received an MBA from the University of South Australia.
