Dr. Hans-Peter Bauer is a Chairman of the Board of Directors at Swiss Finance & Property Funds AG and SFP Funds AG.

He is on the Board of Directors at SF Urban Properties AG.

He has profound knowledge of the property market and is a founder of several companies, as well as a member of the board of directors in listed companies and consultants for several M&A and other important property transactions.

In 1998, he initiated the foundation of Swiss Capital Alternative Investments AG in Zurich, responsible for the property. From 1982 to 1998, he was the Global Head of Fixed-Income and Foreign Exchange at UBS AG, London.

He studied Mathematics at ETH Zurich (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) and Economics at the University of Basel.
