Currently, Harold E. Ford occupies the position of Chairman & Chief Executive Officer for Empowerment & Inclusion Capital I Corp. Mr. Ford is also on the board of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Inc., Posse Foundation, America's Promise Alliance and The Ronald O. Perelman Center for the Performing Arts and Member of Issue One and Managing Partner at HFJ Ventures LLC.

He previously occupied the position of Non-Executive Chairman of Rx Saver LLC and MD & Senior Client Relationship Manager at Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Ford received an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a graduate degree from The University of Michigan Law School.
