Herzel Shalem is on the board of Fattal Holdings (1998) Ltd. and Ilhar Investments Ltd. In the past Mr. Shalem occupied the position of Chairman at Atarim Development Corp.

Mr. Shalem received an undergraduate degree from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
