In his past career Mr. Cai was Chairman of Deutsche Bank (Asia Pacific) Ltd., Chairman-Investment Banking Division Asia at UBS AG and Joint Director-Investment Banking Division at Peregrine Investments Holdings Ltd.

Mr. Cai received an undergraduate degree from Fudan University.
