In the past Mr. Weinstein held the position of Chairman of National Food Services, Inc. and CFO, Treasurer & VP-Business Development at Catalyst Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Mr. Weinstein received an undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and an MBA from Harvard University.
