Presently, Jan Hugo Lombach holds the position of Chairman for Midsummer AB. Mr. Lombach is also on the board of Sveriges Aktiesparares Riksförbund.

Mr. Lombach previously was Partner at Advokatfirman Vinge Stockholm AB and Partner at White & Case Advokat AB.

He received a graduate degree from the University of Uppsala and a graduate degree from Harvard University.
