She is also Vice President for Kelly Services, Inc. and Member of State Bar of Michigan.

She previously occupied the position of Principal at Lear Corp., Partner at Winston & Strawn LLP, Secretary, Executive VP & General Counsel at International Automotive Components Group SA, Secretary, EVP & General Counsel at IAC Group LLC and Secretary, Executive VP & General Counsel for International Automotive Components Group North America, Inc.

Ms. Acosta received an undergraduate degree from Hillsdale College and a graduate degree from Wayne State University Law School.
