Jia Mei Cai is on the board of Insigma Technology Co. Ltd., Xinhu Zhongbao Co., Ltd., Shenghua Lande Scitech Ltd. and B-Soft Co., Ltd. In his past career he held the position of Council Chairman at Zhejiang Software Industry Association and Dean at Zhejiang University of Technology.

He received an undergraduate degree from Fudan University.
