In the past Mr. Zhu held the position of Deputy Managing Director at COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Co. Ltd. and Deputy Managing Director at COSCO SHIPPING Lines Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Co. Ltd.), Executive Vice President of COSCO Container Lines Americas, Inc. and Executive Vice President of COSCO Americas, Inc.

He received an MBA from the University of Hong Kong.
