Currently, Jian yuan Zhang holds the position of Chairman for Shandong Shuifa Combustion Gas Co. Ltd. and Manager-Investment Department at Shuifa Energy Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhang is also on the board of China Shuifa Singyes Energy Holdings Ltd.

He previously held the position of Finance Director of Shandong Yinfeng Construction Engineering Technology Co. Ltd., Director-Finance Management Department at Linuo Power Group Co. Ltd. and Chief Accountant at Shandong Province Construction Group Co. Ltd.

Mr. Zhang received an undergraduate degree from Shandong University of Finance & Economics.
