Mr. John E. Dugenske, CFA MBA, is a Chief Executive Officer & Director at Allstate Life Insurance Co., a President-Investments & Financial Products at Allstate Life Insurance Company of New York, a President of Investments & Financial Products at Allstate Investment Management Co. and a President-Investments & Financial Products at Allstate Insurance Co.

He is on the Board of Directors at National General Holdings Corp. and Allstate Life Insurance Co. He leads Allstate Investments and is in charge of the company’s investment portfolio, financial products, strategy and business transformation. Mr. Dugenske joined Allstate in 2017 as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer. His role later expanded to Chief Corporate Strategy Officer.

Mr. Dugenske was was Group Managing Director and Global Head of Fixed Income at UBS Asset Management.

He started his career as a portfolio manager at NISA Investment Advisors.

He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in mechanical engineering, as well as an MBA, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
