Mr. Hakkila previously held the position of Group General Counsel at Elcoteq SE, First Vice President at Leonia Corporate Bank Plc, Chief Legal Counsel at Finnish Export Credit Ltd. and Senior Vice President-New York Region at Leonia Bank.
