Currently, Ka Sze Lee is Co-Chairman of Appeal Tribunal Panel, Chairman for Transport Tribunal of Hong Kong Government and Secretary for Shenzhen Investment Ltd. Mr. Lee is also Senior Partner at Woo, Kwan, Lee & Lo., Member of Financial Reporting Council (Hong Kong) and Chairman-Corporate Challenge Half Marathon at The Community Chest of Hong Kong and on the board of 5 other companies.

He previously held the position of Secretary & Non-Executive Director of CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Ltd., Co-Secretary for Beijing North Star Co. Ltd. and Member-Disciplinary Panel at Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ka Sze Lee received a graduate degree from the University of Hong Kong.
