Presently, Kai Fu is Chairman of Tianjin Zhenmingli Photoelectricity Co., Ltd., Chairman & General Manager of Shanghai Cuineng Photoelectricity Science & Technology Co Ltd and Chief Financial Officer & Chief Accountant at Neo Neon Holdings Ltd.

He is also on the board of Yangzhou Tongfang Semiconductors Co., Ltd., American Lighting, Inc. (Colorado) and Guangdong Tongfang Science Park Co., Ltd.

He previously held the position of Deputy General Manager-Financial Department at Tsinghua Tongfang Co., Ltd. and Manager-Cost & Financial at Beijing Tongfang Gigamega Tech Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Tsinghua Tongfang Co., Ltd.).

He received an undergraduate degree from Hubei University of Economics.
