He is also on the board of Upbest Group Ltd.

In his past career he held the position of Director-Corporate Communications at Link Real Estate Investment Trust and Assistant Director-Corporate & Community Relations at Hong Kong Housing Authority.

Mr. Poon received an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and an undergraduate degree from the University of Hong Kong.
