In the past Mr. Donald held the position of President & Chief Executive Officer at Systems Planning & Analysis, Inc., Director-Propulsion at Naval & Nuclear Technologies Ltd. and Director-Naval Nuclear Propulsion at United States Navy (District of Columbia).

He received an undergraduate degree from United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
