Lai Tai Fan Hsu occupies the position of Chairman for Endeavour Education Trust.

She is also on the board of The Bank of East Asia Ltd. and COSCO SHIPPING Ports Ltd. and Council Chairman at Endeavour Education Centre Ltd. and Council Member at Hong Kong Laureate Forum.

In her past career she occupied the position of Chairman for Education Commission of Hong Kong and President for Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

She received an undergraduate degree and a graduate degree from the University of Hong Kong and an undergraduate degree from St Stephens Girls College.
