Currently, Laurence Goldberg holds the position of Co-Chairman at PowerSchool Holdings, Inc. and Co-Chairman of PowerSchool Group LLC (a subsidiary of PowerSchool Holdings, Inc.) and Managing director at Onex Partners.

He is also on the board of Severin Topco LLC.

In the past he occupied the position of Head-Technology Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc. and Head-Global Technology Group at Barclays Capital, Inc.
